RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At kidzanias.com, we sell quality kids clothing at reasonable prices and strive to give our customers  satisfaction.

We apologies if the item you received is unsatisfactory product, we will accept returns within 7 working days period. Kindly email to cs@kidzanias.com

What is an unsatisfactory item?

– Product in the wrong color or size.
– Product with manufacturing defect.
– Wrong product that you didn’t order.

Note :

Items cannot be worn or damages and it must be returned with tags still attached. Item must arrive in the original packaging provided.
Sales/Clearance item are NOT returnable item.
Dissatisfaction such as the cloth doesn’t look good on you will NOT be entertained.
Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and are subjective depending upon item price, fabric type etc.
Defect does NOT include removable dirt.

How do I return my item?

Kindly inform our customer care section by facebook msg/whats app, or email to cs@kidzanias.com within 7 working days from the day you received your order.

Product to return or exchange :
Reason for return:

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 working days for further instructions.

Refund in form of store credit

Kindly be informed all items may only be returned in exchange for same value store credit with no expiry date.

Stock availability

While kidzanias.com makes every attempt to ensure that the online boutique reflects the availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be refunded the same amount.
